Quote / Invoice script

I have a script I wrote for a small subcontractor who wanted to let his customers retreive quotes and invoices.This script is not billing software, just quote and invoice retrieval.

I plan to add pdf capability soon.

ProInvoice is an online convience I wrote for small subcontractor. ProInvoice is an online repository of quotes and invoices. Customers can login, view thier quotes and invoices, and it has a print friendly page for printing. I wrote this, so you could just send the login information, and customers could access their quotes and invoices at their convenience, saving time and money.

It uses Ajax. It has pagination, search, a full administration area, and is fully themeable. It also a report generator, to show unpaid invoices, totals by week, month, and a yearly archiver. You just add customers, then add the quote. When it is time to bill, just bill the quote, and it will send it to the invoice table. From there, you can finalize, showing paid in full.

Realty Script

I have developed a Realty script for some people I work with in real estate.

RealTrackPHP is a PHP script that list all your properties available for sale or rent. It is ideal for people who own several properties and would like a centralized location to display their properties.

It is fully themeable, and easily so. It has integrated dynamic google mapping, a photo gallery, contact form and recommend form. It has an administartion area where you can easily add, edit or delete listings, as well as add photos to your listing. Site setting can be changed at anytime online. And with the online installer, installation is a breeze.

Download the color that best suits your needs. forum templates that I use to display my themes are basically the same template with different color schemes. I am not sure where I got them, but I believe them to be from the Bones template.

Forum templates

I have made available the templates I use for the forums . These templates are a gpl template I downloaded awhile back. I believe the template is called Bones template. Either that or an edited one I donwnloaded from phpbb styles section. They are basically the same, just different color schemes. You can download them by clicking here . Thanks
